Pricing and Currency
Q. Do your prices include tax?
A. Prices include VAT where applicable. All other prices exclude local import duties and taxes, which are applied once a shipment reaches your country unless otherwise specified. Import duties and taxes may be waived during specific promotional periods.
Free Shipping on Apparel
Q. How can I receive free shipping on my order?
A. Orders of full-priced items totaling more than €100 or $100, shipped to Europe or the USA, are eligible for free shipping. Free shipping does not apply to discounted items, and it cannot be combined with other promotions, combos, or discounts. Free shipping is not available for bikes, frames, and art program items.
Out of Stock
Q. When are products coming back into stock?
A. As soon as we have an estimated delivery date, it will be posted on the product page.
Q. I’d like to order a product, but I can’t add it to the cart.
A. If the option to select an item is unavailable, it means the product is out of stock. Please use the “Email me when available” feature on the product page to receive updates.

Q. How long does delivery take?
A. We use express couriers for shipments worldwide, including Italy, Europe, and other international destinations.
Q. When will my order be shipped?
A. Orders are typically shipped within 48 hours of order confirmation.
Q. How are products shipped?
A. Orders are shipped via different couriers, depending on the service selected at checkout.
Q. How much will shipping cost to my address?
A. Shipping costs are shown in your cart before checkout.
Returns
Q. What is your return policy?
A. You may return items within 14 days of delivery, provided they are unused, unwashed, and in original condition with packaging. For full details, please see our Return & Refund Policy.
Q. I don’t like the product I ordered. What can I do?
A. If the product is unused and in new condition, you may return it for a refund or exchange within 14 days of delivery. Please see our Return & Refund Policy for details.
Q. I want to return a product but no longer have the original packaging.
A. You may return items in alternative packaging, but please ensure they are securely packed to avoid damage in transit.
Q. I’d like to exchange an item for a different size, but the size is not available.
A. If the size is unavailable on the website, it is out of stock. You may return the item for a refund or exchange it for a different product.
