If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase you can return it for a refund within 45 days of purchase.
Items must be new and unused in their original packaging.

Gift Vouchers are non-refundable.

GENERAL RETURN POLICY FOR APPAREL, ACCESSORIES, COMPONENTS and SPARE PARTS

The shipping cost for returning a product will be paid by the customer.
Refund will be generated to the original payment sourceonce we receive the item and provided that the product is undamaged, unused and in its original packaging.

The shipping cost for returning due to a damaged or defective is free of charge.  In this case we will arrange the collecting of the product and send instructions to the customer accordingly.

 GENERAL RETURN POLICY FOR COMPLETE BICYCLE AND FRAMES

If you wish to return your purchased item, you may do so within 14 business days of the delivery date. All returned items must be in unused and new condition. The customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping as well as a 6% return handling fee. Refund will be issued once we receive the product and provided that it is undamaged and unused. 

Once the 14 business days of receiving your order have passed, all products are non-returnable, non-refundable, and non-exchangeable. If a returned item is received damaged due to poor packaging by the customer, we will be unable to issue a refund.

EXCHANGES

For any changes, please follow the returns process.
Any changes can be made via a new order.
